Indirectly, the expectations of child education are higher and broader. Hailida aims to cultivate a child to become inquisitive, striving, co-operative and diligent person who can meet the future needs of the society. In order to do that, Hailida endeavors change, research and explore new and latest education method and yet maintains our focus on quality, brand and features of our kindergarten. We strive to become the best institution locally and overseas. 1. Curriculum aligning with the pace of development Due to its intricate location with Macao and HongKong, Shenzhen becomes a cosmopolitan city that has great demands for English-speaking talents. Developing English-speaking talent becomes critical. From the education arena, we implement the changes in our kindergarten starting from a joint partnership with Nanjing Normal University in 2000. we become the laboratory site, spearheading the research on ¡°9-5¡± topic assigned by the education ministry. Example of those topics including ¡°Discovering the potential of an infant aged 0-3 years old¡±, ¡°Education through Art for Modern Children¡± and ¡°Ecological Education for Children¡±. In the fast-paced education environment, we aim to increase teacher quality, develop child total education and increase the expectations of kindergarten education. 2. Total Education from Kindergarten, Family & Community A child education is not limited to only kindergarten but includes family and community. We leverage every resource from the parents in the family to the garden in the community. Everywhere is a classroom for the children. Children can learn from various activities such as sport, exhibition, stage performance, interviews, exchange, drawing in the garden, hike and etc. they will learn naturally from their surrounding. That is how we want our children to adopt a life-long learning mind. 3. Conducive Learning Environment Each kindergarten boasts a wide variety of facilities. We have library, music and dance room, role-play corner, multi-media computer room, art room, activity room and etc. Learning activities are designed around these aspect, arts, dance, piano, computer, wushu, calligraphy and music. Total education but tailored according to child¡¯s personality. We create a relaxed and fun environment for the child to grow healthily. Hailida children have won many awards on various types of arts competition.
4. Multi-media & Advanced Education concepts Hailida has invested huge funds to build up the organization structure and hardware equipment. To execute the latest education concepts, each kindergarten is equipped with computers, television, video recorder, DVD, TV projector, digital camera and so forth. Children can learn through their five senses, widen their horizon and adopts an open-minded learning attitude. We publish our own quarterly magazine, and regularly record our own lesson delivery to put them on VCD for skill exchange and training purposes. ¡¡ |
