1.  Complete Regulation and Standard Operation

The organization has now become a big education business service enterprise. The Shenzhen Quality Board conducted a thorough one-year review on the Hailida education and management system, and finally issued the first education system ISO9002 quality standard recognition in July 1997. At the time of review, the issuance of ISO9002 recognition for education system is only starting in developed countries, such as Cambridge University in England, which was also contemplating ISO9000 review. Our achievement is considered a milestone for the education industry and has earned recognition from the relevant government department in Shenzhen. Hailida has become the exemplary model for quality management.

Hailida operates on ISO9002 requirements. Every process in the education management system is mapped. Detailed procedures and policies have been established to monitor every process so that the management system operates by itself smoothly and efficiently. With the establishment of our website, we have access to information from all over the world, and thus enabling the organization to speed up decision-making and response faster to the market needs. In order to meet the needs of modern company operation, the organization refreshed ISO 9000 : 2000. Hailida is progressing in service, quality and education.

Each management staff understands the importance of ownership. The Central Department is led by our president. The individual kindergarten school principal will be responsible for her kindergarten operations including management of staff, parents, education, asset & budget and continuously improve on processes. The central department consists of the education department, human resource department, finance department, purchasing and administration support department. This structure facilitates job specialization and organizational management. Continuous pursuit of quality in service and education is the unique and exclusive enterprising culture of Hailida.

2. Training and Talents

In the course of developing, Hailida attracted and trained an abundance of capable people. Now it has a wonderful team: the experienced principles and advisers; professional English teachers and excellent foreign teachers from England. Hailida chooses superior from the whole country. It wanted more than 10 graduates from Nanjing Normal University and Shandong Normal University in 2003. The organization has more than 300 teachers and the average age is 26.

The Central Department has implemented the project called ˇ°Pioneering Projectˇ± for many years. We send long-tenure teachers for further courses, so that they can add value to our training curriculum. Quality, sense of responsibility and service are elements we look for in an excellent staff.

In order to store talent for future; in order to make the new teachers understand the culture of Hailida quickly and thoroughly. Hailida decided to choose excellent employee from undergraduates and graduates, then give them a systematic professional training, so that they can take part in Hailida and meet the needs of Hailida.
